Airo Product Options ("App," "we," "our," or "us") provides custom product option creation and personalization tools to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop information: store URL, shop ID, plan type, and admin email address
• Product information: titles, descriptions, images, prices, and variant data
• Order information: order details and product options selected by customers
• Store configuration and app settings

Additionally, we collect the following once you have installed the App:

• Customer selections and inputs during product customization, including file uploads
• Browser type, IP address, and access timestamps
• Error logs and system performance metrics

We collect information using the following technologies:

• Log files – track actions within the App and collect IP address, browser type, and date/time stamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information in order to provide the Service and operate the App. Additionally, we use this information to:

• Communicate with you and provide technical support
• Process transactions and manage your account
• Optimize and improve the App experience
• Comply with legal obligations and Shopify requirements

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your information with trusted third parties to help us provide our services:

• Shopify – to ensure the App integrates properly with your store

We will maintain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and support your store operations. Specifically:

• Deleted data: Permanently deleted within 30 days of app uninstallation
• Backups: May be retained for up to 90 days
• Logs and analytics: Retained for up to 12 months

You may request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting support.

6. Your Rights (EU Users)

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information.
